Built on an explosion-proof structural platform, the VDC-EX301B-IP50MS network camera forms images with a 1/2.7-inch progressive scan CMOS driven by an MStar316DM and IMX335 combination. An array of 36 infrared LEDs of 5mm lights scenes out to 25 to 30 meters, the ICR switches day and night automatically, and the M12 fixed lens is supplied in 6mm with 8mm and 12mm alternatives at F1.4 for a 58° horizontal field of view.

The 304L stainless steel housing carries the parameter entries of explosion-proof class IP68 and protection class IP66, so the unit suits outdoor duty where dust and humidity coexist.
