An indoor 2MP video-call camera, the C20 is built on the 1/3-inch platform and encodes 1920×1080 with H.265/H.264 on a Linux host. Its 3.6mm F2.0 lens covers a 106° detection angle across 0~12 meters, and the local 2.8-inch IPS panel measuring 240×320 provides on-device preview before the network is configured.

A single-frequency 2.4G WIFI link pairs the camera to the Im Cam app on Android and iOS, and the pan-tilt head sweeps 350° horizontally with 60° vertical tilt. Motion and pedestrian detection raise a loudspeaker alarm, alarm recording and information push through the 3W speaker and 5-meter microphone, so the operator hears and answers from the phone.

Power comes from a DC 5V 2A feed, with up to two optional 18650 cells supported although none are included by default. The 92.1×79.1×153mm body stores footage to cloud service or a TF card up to 128GB. Cloud playback and recorded clips open in the same mobile app used for live calls. VIDCOM supports this wireless model for OEM projects and reliable supply, with the battery option suiting spots that lack constant mains.
