Face recognition and temperature screening share one dual-spectrum network body in model VDC-FRT9265R-HP. Its uncooled VOx detector resolves 256x192 with 12 um pixels, measuring from -15 to 150 degrees Celsius, holding plus-or-minus 0.3 degree accuracy between target temperatures of 35 and 38 degrees and 0.6 degrees across the 20 to 33 or 38 to 50 degree spans. Rendered palettes include white heat, black heat, fusion, rainbow, iron red and amber.

The visible module is a 1/2.8-inch 2 megapixel CMOS with 0.005 Lux colour and 0.001 Lux monochrome sensitivity, at least 80 dB wide dynamic range and a 3.6 or 4 mm lens giving 84 degrees horizontal and 45 degrees vertical coverage. On-board recognition tracks 20 to 30 faces at once and matches them against a local library of fifty thousand entries, linking high-temperature, low-temperature and zone temperature-difference alarms.

Connection uses one fast-Ethernet network port carrying RTSP, RTP, TCP, UDP, UPNP, DHCP, PPPoE, ONVIF and GB28181, together with one alarm output and an audio input/output pair. The enclosure is rated IP67 and draws no more than 5 watts, suiting exposed entrance lines and gate posts. VIDCOM supports this model with project supply and protocol integration into existing network video systems.
