H.265 1080P HDMI Encoder
One HDMI input becomes main, sub and mobile streams on a Hisilicon platform, the main profile reaching 1920x1080 in H.265 or H.264 with AAC or G.711 audio, published over RTSP or RTMP.
The VDC-HDMI2IP encodes one HDMI source on a HiSilicon platform that accepts up to 1080P@30fps and compresses video as H.265 or H.264. Audio rides as AAC, G.711U or G.711A at a 48000kHz sample rate, with bit rates adjustable between 64kbps and 12Mbps in CBR or VBR modes. Frame rate follows the field frequency, running 1 to 25fps at 50Hz or 1 to 30fps at 60Hz.
Three stream profiles leave the unit: main-stream settings of 1920x1080, 1280x960, 1280x800 and 1280x720, a 1280x720 sub-stream and mobile tiers from 720x576 down to 320x240. Delivery uses RTSP, RTMP or TS flows over TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP and ONVIF, pushing to YouTube or Wowza services and feeding Hikvision 78 and 79 series H.265 network recorders. A single HDMI input and a self-adaptive 10M/100M RJ45 port form the physical links, with wireless operation and one-key reset included.
The desktop shell takes DC 12V power within 3 watts and measures 115x70x33 mm at about 0.42 kg, sitting beside cameras, set-top boxes or presentation gear being networked. VIDCOM ships this encoder with configuration support for recorder and media-server integration across its video conversion line.
